Our mission is to provide the best resources for you. We have basically done all the hard work, the only thing you need to do is browse to your location and pick a qualified candidate for your network or infrastructure!
To be part of the Online Technician Index is not easy, we have developed strict guidelines and requirements that MUST be met prior to being included here…
For starters here are the main criteria:
- Must be a certified technician, with a minimum of a CompTIA A+ rating.
- Must have a main focus in their business of providing their support “Onsite” - no more calling a company and find out you have bring your computer to their shop - "how inconvenient!"
- Must be subject to a background check by the owner/employer of the business. We can’t have “bad people” in a network with business data or a home full of children, no way!
- Must be locally owned and operated… Okay, if you want a huge conglomerate where the person that you work directly with is twenty to thirty layers away from any kind of decision maker - be my guest. We want to work directly with the owner, or a technician reporting directly to the owner.
These are just the main criteria that must be met, there are others but instead of wasting your time with all of those, lets get to browsing for your own onsite geek!
